Hey everyone im new to the board but have had a GM truck for awhile now. I have a red Sierra with a 6 inch lift and 35 inch tires. I really love my truck! Ive included a picture to show what im driving. Anyways, i made this topic to get some ideas from you guys for some rear window decals.. I would like to get a GMC one to cover my back window but cant find anything that catches my eye. However i am happy to see all kinds of ideas for me to possibly use! Thanks for the help!!

My rear window is my "fun" area. Front and center on it is a pink heart with wings on it. Bottom left of the window I've got 3 dogs, 2 kids and myself in sticker form. Bottom right I have a fun sticker "Silly boys trucks are for girls".
Truckie has one on his truck that says "I'd rather be a sister in a whorehouse than a brother in a Toyota".
I think it's all personal preference what you do on your rear window though.

I used to have a decal on my rear window but had to take it off as it was always in the way when backing up my boat trailer. Definately personal preference but one of the cooler ones I've seen so far was upside down and read "IF YOU CAN READ THIS CALL 911".

This won't work for you being a gas engine. But I always liked "Real trucks don't have sparkplugs". It was on a Diesel Dodge. If I had a "real truck" I'd put that on mine...however as the sticker said I apparently don't have a 'real' truck LOL!

A real truck has no spark plugs? Ok I'm confused. I thought a Hyundai Santa Fe (no offense to anyone that has one) is a "real man's truck". At least that's what my manly man (hahaha) ex used to tell me all the time.

HAHA, The Santa Fe a truck? Theres about as much truck in those as the Honda Rigeline.
As for the no spark plug thing, Diesels have none. They use glow plugs instead.

LOL I know! Gotta love it when some blow things out of proportion. He was trying to convince me to trade him for my Silverado (I miss that truck), saying that the Santa Fe was safer. First time he tried convince me you could take a 2wd Santa Fe 4x4'ing he messed up so much I refused to get back in it. He destroyed everything in the front end AND rear end LOL Great 4x4 vehicle LOL
Jacked Sierra, I saw a really nice full window decal on a GMC the other day. I've been trying to find something even similar to it online so you can look at it. When Truckie got his sticker he mentioned about the full window ones being available as well. I can't remember what he said they cost, but it was so cheap I remember wishing I'd sent him to pick one up for me. Next time I talk to him I'll see if he can remember the name of the company he got his sticker from.

I agree with you that the decal is a personal thing for sure. But thanks alot for looking around Its so hard to find any decals on the internet for GMC.. haha ive been looking alot. Ive decided i definitly want either "GMC" or GMC TRUCKS" for it. But i dont want just plain old lettering of it on the window. I want something else to make it look really cool. Anything any of you can find still will be awesome cuz i like hearing or seeing all kinds of ideas or websites!

I've got Truckie on the phone with me right now. He said he got his sticker in Grand Island Nebraska. LOL On hold while he looks to see if he's got the guy's phone number. He's said that as long as you know what you want, you can go to pretty much any graphics place and they can make you what you want in whatever colour you want, and they will help you with ideas as well.
The Sign Shop in the Bosselman Travel Center, 308-382-5986. Truckie said the guy was thinking of immigrating to New Zealand but he'll take a look and see if the company is still in business because he believes that someone was taking over the company. For Truckie's full size window decal in chrome it cost him $45 US.
Truckie's suggestion is to have an idea of what you want, or find a picture of what you like. Take the picture, or sketch/idea with you to any graphics and vinyl shop. They will put it in their computer and make up your graphics. You can alter it and you can view it on the computer before they print it, which is why it's better to go in to a graphics and vinyl shop so you can get exactly what you like (and he says they may even install it for you as well). Truckie knows of a good graphics place in Edmonton, and knows of one in Saskatoon as well.
Hope this helps! I'll try to get him to come on when he gets home on the weekend if you've got more questions for him.
